I couldn&#8217;t work in silence, I couldn&#8217;t sit in silence&#8230; nothing. I needed music, or conversation, something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Music was always my go to. I&#8217;ve long said that I could live without TV, but could never live without music. I still feel that way &#8230; and yet less and less do I even feel the need for that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nowadays, I feel a peace I&#8217;ve never known before. Most times, I don&#8217;t even think of turning music on. I just sit quietly, enjoying my surroundings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes I use the time to read or write. Most times, I just sit.
